Beginning June 1, we are excited to offer a new patient portal experience to all our patients.

HealowTM is a sophisticated patient portal tool that allows you to view your child’s health records, interact with their provider, request prescription refills, set up appointments, and much more. You can access it from your computer or download their dynamic mobile app.

Q. Will my information transfer from the old patient portal to the new one?

A. Yes! All your information will securely transfer to the new patient portal platform. You do not have to take any action.

Q. Will I get invited to join the new patient portal?

A. Yes! Our team will be sending electronic invitations to all our existing patients inviting them to access our new healow patient portal. Keep a look out for an email from @eclinicalmail.com. We encourage you to log in and activate your account early, so all its features are available to you when you need them.

If you have trouble accessing your healow account or haven’t received an invitation (after June 1), please either call our office 404.843.6320 or fill out an online contact form.

Q. Will the new portal have similar functions as the old one?

A. Yes! With the healow patient portal and mobile app, you’ll be able to message your provider, view your medical records, request an appointment, and so much more. We’re really excited to offer you this upgraded experience.
